Enjoying direct access to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers, the luxurious Traders Hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals from 2 in-house dining options. The receiption department is working extremely professional, they have internal communication pretty well. The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays. Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

Centrally located in Kuala Lumpur, Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon Serviced Residences offers fully furnished apartments with free WiFi throughout. We booked a 12-day stay as a family with our 3-year-old child, and our experience was exceptional. The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, a coffee machine, and a water heater. The bathroom is generously sized and features ample wall cabinets, a safe, an iron, and an ironing board. A particularly convenient addition in the kitchen is the dedicated drinking water tap, which was invaluable for saving on bottled water. The apartment also offers excellent storage space, with numerous drawers, shelves, and cabinets throughout. One of the highlights is the stunning view of Kuala Lumpur, including a direct sightline to the iconic Kuala Lumpur Tower. The check-in process was seamless, requiring a refundable RM500 deposit as a security guarantee for potential damages. The check-out process was equally smooth, with the deposit promptly refunded. The property is ideally located, offering convenient access to most major tourist attractions. Several restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, along with a small convenience store just a 2–3 minute walk away. The city center is easily reachable, taking approximately 10–15 minutes by car or 30–40 minutes on foot. Security is well-managed, with a dedicated security office outside the tower and a 24-hour security guard stationed at the main entrance. The overall environment felt very safe and well-monitored. I highly recommend this property, especially for families, due to its comfort, convenience, and excellent security.

Conveniently located in Bukit Bintang, The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is a retro-inspired accommodation surrounded by specialty bars and shopping centres. Amazing location, everything is just within walking distance: Lots of eateries, malls, Changkat Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, monorail and MRT station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I specially love the personalized service and their attention to details, e.g. the handwritten welcome note on my bedside table, the pillow preferences and the complimentary daily refreshments and drinks. A happy (regular) visitor is already looking forward to his next stay at The Journal.

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the afternoon tea in the Orchid Conservatory was magical, and breakfast at Contango was always a highlight. Everything was done with grace and attention to detail. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience. One I’ll carry with me long after check-out.

Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail, E&O Residence is just a 7-minute walk to the famous Bukit Bintang shopping area and Pavilion shopping mall. Everyone here has made us feel wonderfully welcome, particularly Shahn who works at the door, he’s a real gentleman.

Just want to share the walking location to main Bukit Bintang some people especially the one who is new can use this direction to save their Grab Car money. So you come out of the Hotel and go to the right cross the road you will see the lane walk straight to that Lane and keep walking a hill towards up and follow that road straight you will come towards Al-Halab and the Shawarma place that's Bukit Bintang.
