The courteous reception staff when checking in, room facilities were good, a wonderful Riverside walkway just behind the hotel and good local food available readily near the hotel. And if one comes in during the weekend, there is a night bazaar opposite the hotel with many stalls.

Swiss-Grand Beach Resort Kuantan is nestled on the pristine Balok beach 15km north to the east coast town of Kuantan, overlooking the inviting waters of the warm South China Sea. The staff was very welcoming. The newly refurbished room was comfortable with a nice size balcony, all good and very clean. Breakfast had enough choices. We enjoyed good coffee in the day and a few beers in the evening in the Deli.

In addition, the East Coast Mall is just 300 meters away. i love everything about the hotel. The location is great(nxt to mall). There a hidden cafes around the hotel so there are so many food options. Its very peaceful.
