Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. The new suites were gorgeous, modern and more than comfortable. Views of the lake, soundproof, and just luxurious. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Free Wi-Fi, free BBQ facilities and free parking are on offer at Lakeside Motel & Apartments. There is a living room with sofa and kitchen facilities as soon as you enter, and the bathroom has two doors, so you can go to the bathroom from the room, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, and the hotel has a great view, opposite Lake Te Anau, and downstairs is a garden. There are chairs outside the room to sit, which is very nice! Parking is also very convenient, highly recommended!

The room was clean, comfortable and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Having a dedicated car park made everything so convenient. Excellent location — the main town centre and waterfront are both within easy walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly Recommended!

Situated next to Lake Te Anau, Kingsgate Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. It offers excellent walking opportunities nearby and free onsite parking. Unlimited free WiFi is included.... Since there are no taxis in town my husband and I had such a hard time walking to the hotel from the bus station with two large suitcases. The manager Justin Ludlow stepped right up and agreed to bring our suitcases down to meet us at the bus station when we were leaving town after we had shopped and had lunch. So kind! Thank you Justin!
