Whakaipo Lodge asub Mapara orus, Taupo järve ääres paikneva imelise Whakaipo lahe kaitseala kõrval. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. VERY comfortable hotel in a truly perfect location. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Close to town for selection of restaurants and shops. Outstanding breakfast. (Try the French toast!!). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well-appointed - amazing water pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport. The hotel was very well located in Taupo, and we had a great view from our room. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, and they did a very nice gesture for us when we told them we were there as part of our honeymoon. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and the food was very good at diner as well.
