We arrived late at the airport and used the local tram to city center. The tram started at airport and directly passed the apartment in 3min walking distance. The location is exceptional. Its a quite place in 7mins walking distance to main city center. Everything in the inner city center can be walked from the apartment. Stores and restaurants are near by. The host prepared a map and some notes for the "must sees" in Porto. We followed basically all of them - it was a great fit. Whenever we will be in Porto again, that will be our place.

Liked the room a lot, especially the hidden out of the way closet space. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The bathroom was really big and comfortable. The room was very clean.

The Hotel da Oliveira is within the historical Guimarães city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Guimarães Castle, the city’s most iconic landmark is 150 metres away. The staff was really nice and accommodating. We have a young baby, and everybody was super helpful

It was clean and very well equipped with a much needed washing machine. Cheese, crackers and a glass of port was a lovely arrival present. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful (wish I could remember your name but it started with H.). It had a lovely courtyard and also a table and chairs at the front door which at night was the perfect spot for a glass of wine/port in the sun.

It is walking distance from highlights of the city and the train station. The beds were comfy and the hotel’s vintage style was so beautiful. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. There were many options to choose from and they had almond/oat milk.
