To be honest, it is not our intention to stay in Sofitel, but our previous reservations from other hotel canceled it. delayed flights sucks. and Alhamdullillah, we booked our hotel accommodation when we are already in Medinah. tired but always, trust Allah’s plan. Overall excellent , friendly staff , very clean , easy accessible elevators , house keeping fantastic & good hospitality towards guests & parking first come first & good atmosphere , I would highly recommend for families with children .
