From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Allan at the front desk, you set the tone for our stay with your kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. You were so informative and helpful, truly a wonderful human being who made us feel right at home. The valet team also deserves huge recognition, such polite, accommodating young professionals who made everything smooth and effortless. The cleanliness and ambiance throughout the hotel are simply exceptional. And that signature scent that carries through every corner, it’s unbelievable how they maintain it so consistently; it instantly lifts your mood. It’s easy to see why this place is recognized as a natural treasure. Within just a few hours of exploring, you begin to appreciate the care, history, and beauty that make it so special. Plus, its location is perfect , just steps from the riverside and the heart of town. Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is well located in the city. It attracted me because of the quirky and unique design. I’m often in chain hotels which are intentionally very predictable. This is in a completely different league. It’s half museum-half hotel in so far as all the decor is unique. Every room has a different theme. All the public areas have a different theme. It’s quite whimsical and busy. Every nook has a different curio so you can’t assume anything in the visual palate. It was a bit of a treat to experience and the price was mid range for the area.
