The air conditioning unit doubles as a heater which was perfect because it was very cold outside. I was able to have a microwave and refrigerator in my room free of charge. And the staff were great and very helpful.

This boutique hotel located in Flushing, Queens features breath-taking city views, spa-like suites, and luxurious amenities. Our flight was canceled from LaGuardia airport. We needed to book a hotel for the night and everything was so expensive or bad ratings. Voco Fiorello- was highly rated, very reasonable price. When we called the staff was so supportive and said they would send a free shuttle to pick us up , that was a very nice surprise. When we arrived the staff were so helpful there are restaurants onsite. The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious and great views of the city. The Rooms were very clean. There even was a shuttle available 4 am. It’s every hour to and from the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel.
