Safe, not too noisy. Easy to park for Uber :-) A lot of complimentary things, such as water in room, breakfast, room snacks, etc. Bar is also very good and the hotel is lively. A lot of people having fun.

Pool and Hot tub were clean, warm and in good repair. Gulf was a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach.
