The location is perfect. The room with the balcony gives you a feel of life just by standing in it watching the daily life of the locals. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The review system is rather dysfunctional in Hanoi, with the reviews seemingly being to support the hotel providers rather than the consumer. There is high pressure to provide top reviews rather than honest ones to help consumers choose. That said, this hotel goes beyond the system and really is an elegant, charming residence with outstanding staff, attractive design, good breakfast and an appropriate price-to-service ratio. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and this was one of my favourites. If I find myself in Hanoi again, I will stay here. Recommended!

The staff are all helpful, accommodating and helpful. They were all smiling everytime you talk to them. I was even upgraded and allowed to have early check-in. They gave me packed breakfast because I checked-out early for my morning flight.

It is located in the center of Hanoi old quarter. The room was very clean and newly decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank all staff especially Tracy for her kindness. She provided us take away breakfast on the day of check out as our flight is too early. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious.

Lavender Central Hotel nabízí hostům osvěžující pomerančový džus a nachází se jen 3 minuty chůze od malebného jezera Hoan Kiem a mostu Huc. The location is impeccable and great value for money. While close to the lake, the bar street and lots of eateries, it is pretty quiet, especially from the room. The reception staff are quite helpful too.
