The hotel is modern, luxurious yet has a very comfortable and familiar flair. The room is big enough for 2 people, bed and pillows super comfortable, bathroom perfectly equipped, everything is super clean and well thought through. Breakfast is excellent: everything is fresh, bio and sustainable, there is buffet + you can order fresh omelette and pancakes. The Spa is really the icing on the cake: 1 hour private space with sauna, hammam and infra-red for the spine, fresh ginger water, towels, slippers, bath robe, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. They offer a private parking slot in a garage for 20€/day just across the street. Staff super friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

The building was renovated recently and was well-appointed but also kept a lot of old-world charm. The location was ideal for exploring the old town of Ghent. The room was large and the artwork throughout the hotel was unique and interesting. A salon with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor terrace provided nice communal spaces to relax. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and featured tasty homemade cakes and jams.

Everything was amazing: - tastefully decorated and spacious room with SUPER comfy beds and pillows, and all needed amenities (you can get a restful sleep here) - all staff were happy, very friendly and helpful to us - central location close to all that you need from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops etc; - the pastry downstairs is a must try, with great pain de chocolate and good coffee! - Bonus: free water, tea/coffee in the room, incl coffee machine Will return for sure next time in Ghent!
