Nice quiet location 1 minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance also. Room was basic but comfy. Common space was spacious with a super chilled-out vibe.

The room was very clean (after check-in, taking care of the cleanliness of the room and changing the bed linen is your responsibility), spacious enough, with a small but comfortable terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and comfortable. The staff was very responsive and helped me with all my needs. Everything is nearby.

Loved the nature and the people here! This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Located right on top of the Morro, it offers stunning views and a peaceful connection to nature. The host, Bento, is an incredibly sweet and caring person who really makes you feel at home. During my stay, he even rescued a bird, and it became super friendly with everyone, it was such a heart-warming experience! The communal areas are fantastic, always clean, and well-maintained. There’s a real sense of respect among guests, and everyone contributes to making it a comfortable, harmonious space. Beautiful new apartments in a great location in Florianópolis. The room was spacious for travelling, and facilities very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Parking is secure behind the apartments, and entry into the apartments is secure. We booked a 3 night stay originally, then rebooked another 1 night stay after our flight back into Florianópolis from Foz as we were very comfortable here.
