The hotel is located in a quiet area but 15 min easy walking distance to the falls. There's a very good japanese restaurant Yukiguni across the hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Efficient and nice staff. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. We had a pleasant stay.

Stayed for a night in winter and found the price to be very reasonable for the quality of the room. It's a budget motel, so I wasn't expecting too much but I'm glad I chose this accommodation.

We arrived early at 12pm and the room was already ready. Not only that but we also got a free upgrade to a familiy suite with fantastic views on the American falls. Everything new, clean, top, for a very reasonable price! Great value!
