FranceThe lady at reception who spoke English was simply amazing . Never have I met a person so suited to her profession in hospitality. She was so warm , professional and went above and beyond in helping us navigate our first trip to China . She is a credit to this hotel . I’m only sorry I can’t remember her name , but she is the one who speaks perfect English. She even accompanied us to the train station when we could not book the tickets at the hotels reception ! Amazing service !!
