We have received a very professional with attention to the detail and warm welcome from all the staff. Special thanks for the upgrade in room, it made my birthday even more special. We came to Dusseldorf for few days with my wife and we had really great time there. The hotel was very nice with friendly and what is most important very helpful personnel, very clean and perfect placed. Our room was great, it's comfortable and gives you a feeling like you're at home. Would like to stay much longer there, but anyway now we have a place at Dusseldorf that we really want to come back.
