It was a 5-7 min walk from train station Friedrichstadt where we got off the local train S11 coming from the airport (BTW 15 min by that train). Also 4-5 tram stops from city center where we also got in 15 min by walk. The area is safe, we walked at night on the streets without any problem. The staff was very helpful and flexible, we also got a bottle of champaign upon check-out on the 1st January :) The room was big and cosy, with a couch, 2 tables, with tea and coffee in the room. There were extra pillows in the cabinet if you would need some more. I can’t rate the breakfast, we haven’t ordered it. I would definitely recommend this place, it is worth it!

we arrived to the hotel too early and the girl from front desk Christina make us a priority and give us a room the soon as possible more sooner than check in. She was kind and very nice person to talk with, we ask to leave our baggage’s somewhere until our room is ready she show us a place and offered to keep an eye on them so we can make a walk. any other member of the staff was nice to us and helpful. It was more nicely than what we expected when we booking it. Small but beautyfull and cozy. Recommended.
