The reception staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable The hotel is very close to all types of transportation, including buses, metro, and trams. My experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I will never forget the smiles of the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful, without exception.

I had a great experience at Novotel in Munich. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Munich. The indoor pool and gym were definite highlights — a nice way to unwind after a day out. My only minor downsides were the breakfast and private parking, both of which felt a bit pricey for what they offered. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider coming back!
