L'habitació era molt ampla i confortable, en realitat era un petit apartament, encara que la zona de cuina quedava tancada dins d'un armari. També disposava d'una petita terrassa exterior amb una taula i 2 cadires. Tenia 2 llits individuals d'uns 90 cm amplada (twin beds), no estaven malament però hagués estat millor que fossin una mica més amples. L'Hotel es troba a uns 700 m de l'estació de S-Bahn que et porta directe al centre de München, i també queda molt a prop del Schloss Nymphenburg, a uns 20 min a peu. L'esmorzar valia 15€ per cap i era correcte, hi havia una mica de tot encara que les quantitats eren una mica justes
