És un edifici Nou, en una zona molt tranquila i amb aparcament fàcil. Nosaltres vàrem agafar un Apartment amb una habitació i sofà llit per a 2 adults i una nena. L'apartament éstava molt net, la zona de la cuina és molt gran i és tal qual és veu a les fotos. El personal és molt agradable i en el nostre cas quan vàrem arribar abans de l'hora del Check-in ja tenien l'habitació preparada. Ens vàrem quedar 4 nits per visitar Sttutgart i no hi havia escombra ni recollir a l'apartament i vàrem demanar a recepció y tenen coses com: Aspiradors portàtils, torradores, bicicletes per als nens petits...que et deixen durant la estada i això és d'agrair ja que en altres cadenes d'apartaments no hi ha aquesta opció de deixar-te moltes coses. Hi ha a més o menys 12 minuts a peu: 3 supermercats, restaurants i un petit centre comercial el Carrer, també uns banys Termals i 2 parades del Metro/tramvia i una d'elles té línia de tren i amb metro en 10 minuts estàs al centre. Les parades de metro/tramvia que hi ha a 4 minuts caminants del Apartament la U11 només funciona quan fan actuacions ja que al Arena i ha una zona molt gran on fan grans coses i la U19 a la nostra estada estava en obres.
