Two things to highlight: 1) The overall service from the staff was amazing. The check-in experience was very smooth and everyone was really nice. Similar at check-out, with the added value that since we left quite early for our flight, they prepared a breakfast box that we took with us and ate at the airport before boarding. 2) The food at the Picanha restaurant was especially good. The cuts of meats and variety in the salad bar were quite a highlight.

This elegant resort features 6 restaurants and bars, a luxury spa, a private beach and an outdoor pool. It is 22 km from Hurghada Airport and offers a shuttle service.

It was our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than first time one year ago, which was also exceptional. The hotel is clean, well maintained. I want to appreciate especially the staff - everybody is so kind, smiling, helpful. The food in main restaurant is tasty, waiters and cooks are hardworking, We visited also other restaurants for dinners that were for free -mediterranean, italian, asian, mexican -the food and service was excellent. The pools in march were heated -family pool, aquapark pool. Aquapark is well organised, the staff is doing very good job. The beach is nice. The room was spacious , wifi is everywhere.

All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!
