United KingdomAmazing, friendly, helpful staff. Service with a smile. They went far and beyond to cater to our needs and comfort .The receptionist, very lovely lady welcomed us warmly and made us hot drinks. Monica ,(operational manager), allowed us to get our room early because she noticed we were tired from the flight. She even helped us with the bags. Special mention to Mohamed too, very helpful, and accommodating. All of the staff ( didnt get all their names) deserved a thumbs up. Another staff member told us to help ourselves with hot drinks and nibbles if we want at anytime. Lastly, the comfy bed and a lot of pillows contributed to us having a good night sleep.
