The hotel is beautiful, situated in an ideal position to visit central London’s main attractions. Cleanliness and courtesy are hallmarks of the hotel. Breakfast was marvellous, plenty of options and the breakfast staff was extremely attentive even to food allergies. A special thank you goes to Rika who took care of us on our arrival and to Flavia who took care of us in the spa! Thumbs up to all! They were bonded like a family. I think they love their job. They sent my room a very nice little birthday cake, it was nice of them. Interior design of the hotel and the room was impressing. At the breakfast the ingredients were high quality and delicious. We were glad we had breakfast included. The hotel is very close to Regent Street for shopping. The Covent Garden to eat sth. Also, the theatres and museums. The gentleman at the door always smiled to us and wished us a nice day. The reception, concierge, laundry, breakfast and room service were also very helpful. Thanks to the manager, he solved our netflix problem quickly. Very nice people working at this place.

Absolutely loved the Broadwick! Service at reception was exceptional from arrival to checkout. Supremely efficient but friendly and not at all stuffy. Cannot think of a better place in London to have a pre-dinner drink than Bar Flute. Atmosphere, drinks and again service, exceptional. We had dinner in Dear Jackie which was great. Though if we were staying longer we'd definitely have ventured out into Soho on subsequent nights.
