BulgariaI was initially quite concerned about this hotel due to the number of negative reviews I had read. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find none of those concerns reflected in my experience. We stayed here over Christmas, and I’ve rarely encountered such a warm and genuine welcome. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always smiling. For my next trip to London, I won’t think twice about choosing this hotel again. Additionally, the location is fantastic—there’s a bus stop right at the entrance, offering direct routes to some of central London’s most iconic landmarks.
