What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. The toilet is clean and they provide necessary toiletries. Beds are comfortable too. *Cost*: for all the comforts this property provides according to my experience it was value for money. *Owner*: the gentleman was very helpful and very courteous about everything we approached him for.
