The Hotel itself is gorgeous; everything is clean and well kept. We arrived and had an issue with our A/C we notifed the staff and were relocated for the night and upgraded the very next day. Everyone was professional and were thoroughly cross trained in ensuring each guest felt well taken care of. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh each morning, Their recommendations for sightseeing were spot on as were their accomodations for the night we arrived back from Venice after the kitchen was closed. I cannot express our appreciation for Madlen and Carmine enough; they were wonderful. Marco, the manager of the hotel was warm, friendly and definitely excels at providing both a well trained staff and top notch hotel. We not only recommend this hotel but we will be returning on our next trip to Italy!!

the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable, breakfast was good, the room was good. And its quite well located if you don't ind a small walk of about 15 minutes to the centre (along a quiet pedestrianized zone) or 10-15 minutes in the other direction to the free beach. There are other beaches closer that you can pay for (and a small water park real close if you prefer that)
