I thought I had lost one charm of my Pandora bracelet, and even though it's so annoying to find as it's tiny, they were in touch with me via email to let me know they had been looking for it but they hadn't found it! It happened to be in my suitcase. The location is also great. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had a train to catch. The room was very clean and comfortable.
