I can't give enough kudos to Laura and Da Angelica for their terrific hospitality, kindness, quality of stay, facilities, etc. Also also she went out of their way to help in unforeseen situations (totally my responsibility) and thanks to that I was able to solve everything, I absolutely recommend the place, you won't be disappointed! Hoping to come back already.

I was satisfied with my staying here. I had late checkin at night with no problem. The room was smaller but comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner is realy kind, she doesn't use to be there always personaly, but is always on the phone and willing to help (also by WhatsApp with fast answering). I recomend to get here by metro (in the day ), It is much more comfortable than tram, it is aproximately the same travel time ( with 1 change at San Giovanni), about 10-15 minutes walking from apartment.The tram from Termini is really slow and use to be full of people.

The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the room was gorgeous, and we loved the beautiful paintings and photos of Rome on the walls. The apartment is located in the center of the Malatesta district, close to the metro station and several bus stops, many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The host, Matteo, was very thoughtful and helpful. We especially appreciated his permission to store our luggage in the apartment before regular check-in.
