Uber modern room in a historic building in the middle of the historic centre. Our room looked over the two best gelaterias in Sirmione, but with no road noise. Lovely to watch the street activity below. Well looked after by the amazing Tanina who stayed on the phone when we had trouble finding the parking which is outside the historic centre. She also helped us with detailed directions to Verona Airport.Complimentary non-alco minibar, snacks and tote bag to take home were a lovely surprise. Great bathroom toiletries. Free 25min boat trip tickets. Breakfast excellent, they don't open till 8am, no good for early departures

The place ticks all the boxes - lovely and quiet setting just between old town, beautiful park and a 5min walk to Jamaica beach - but what makes all that shine is really the staff. From the kind receptionist, engaged waitress and a funny cook, each interaction was a pleasure. I enjoyed our big bed, it was perfectly comfy, including the pillows and sheets. Quiet and non invasive aircon. Breakfast was very good and we appreciated having our car parked in front. Bit of an adventure to reach it, but worth it.
