We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us — close to nice crestaurants, yet away from the narrow, crowded tourist streets.
The staff were truly exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Before our arrival, I mentioned that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and asked if they could give us the best room within our category. Instead, they surprised us with an upgrade to a two-storey room with a jacuzzi — such a thoughtful touch!
The rooms, decorated in modern Venetian style, are very clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and every request we had was handled quickly and with genuine kindness.
Highly recommend — it made our time in Venice even more special!

I enjoyed a great stay at Avani Rio Novo. The structure is new and very well kept: spotless. Convenient position in the center from where you can reach easily many spots. The room is was not big but the design ergonomic. I enjoyed the big window which project the room in the city. Overall very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities one may need. Breakfast offered a good selection of quality product. The staff is kind and professional. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Recommended. ps the music selection in the lobby and garden was excellent!

We had an amazing stay in these apartaments. Place was very clean and good location, it is near bus station. One of us had a birthday, so they wrote a postcard and left a bottle of wine as a gift. We are very happy that we spent our holidays there.

Location was excellent - only a few minutes easy walk to the vaporetto restaurants and sites. Very quiet despite its convenient location Very clean apartment and exceptionally well provisioned. Great Kitchen setup for full self catering. Latest washing machine and dishwasher. Very good air conditioning. Staff communication was fast and very helpful. Good sized rooms. Two well appointed bathrooms.
