Very cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact that the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the bus station it is located in a quite and beatiful place. Our room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the canal. The room was clean and nice.

The apartment was newly decorated and really nice, with two very nice bathrooms, two large bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. The kitchen/living room also had a good size, with a dining table, kitchen units etc. There was also a large selection of toiletries of excellent quality. We were six people in the apartment, and that worked well even if two had to sleep on the pullout couch. It is a little walk from one of the ferry stops or to the train station, but it is definitely fine if you are healthy and able to carry luggage up and down a few steps of the small bridges in the area. The area is relatively quiet for busy Venice - which we enjoyed, and there are nice restaurants nearby. We recommend Ristorante Caffè dei Fiorì, which had really good seafood.

The apartment was large and clean, with a great view from the window to canal . Kitchen was well equipped. There were some restaurants , shops and vaporetto station very close to apartment .Everything was easy to reach.Realy nice place.

The host Andrea is AMAZING. We were contacted the day before via whatsapp with travel options and with intricate details of how to get to the accomodation. We were provided entry codes in advance, including photos of each step of how to get there and in. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and was highly communicative and kind. We are travelling from Australia with our 5.5month old baby, so when I messaged asking for Laundromat details I was provided detailed instructions on how to get there. Finally, I annoyed her again to ask for a later check out as we are getting the train after lunch, this was not a problem either. This level of kindness is unmeasured and I cannot say enough good things about Andrea or the accomodation. Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants around but it's not noisy. There was a great selection of snacks and drinks in the room as well as complimentary items in the bathroom, awesome little touches. We will 100% be back here if ever we decide to come back to Venice - when the kids are older and can carry their own bags across the bridges!

The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the island and is an easy 20 minute walk with luggage from Santa Lucia Railway Station. The water bus stop was only about 5 minutes walk away. Beatrice was waiting for us outside the apartment and was an excellent host, giving suggestions on public transport and reasonably priced places nearby for dining. Breakfast items provided were exceptional and ample. Was wonderful to have cooking facilities and particularly a washer/dryer.
