Incredible rooms, staff are the nicest you can expect, as clean as ever and you always feel at home in this hotel. I asked for something special for my girlfriend's birthday last minute and they filled the room with baloons and wrote a letter which she loved, all free of charge! Upon our arival, we had an upgrade to our room which I always really appreciate. The hotel itself is very luxurious and a great place to go with your partner to pass a weekend in Venice. We walked basically everywhere and very easy to reach from the train station.

We had a great stay in the hotel. Modern style, very clean, about amenities they were great and in excellent quality(liked them so much).Near to the bus and train stations. 20 minutes away from the center, but you’ll enjoy all the views along the walk.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartments were exceptionally well-equipped—everything a family could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. From kitchen essentials to little details that make a big difference when traveling with kids, it felt like everything had been carefully considered. We have come here for the 3rd year, beautiful house with large rooms and nice bathroom, close to centre and vaporeto (stops of water transport). In the hearth of Santa Margarita square where there supermarket, pizza cafes and ice cream bars. There is a very big terrace in house for coffee drink in the morning. Very clean and comfortable beds, coffee machine and belongings for lunch.
