We really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable stay. The welcome note, cookies and heart shaped towels were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near the station. Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff: Rie (pronounced Rea) at the breakfast buffet, Emiko and Miho at the front desk.

Location. Location. Location. It is very convenient. Connected to all the places I want to visit in osaka and also it is easy to navigate to my next destination in Kyoto. The hotel is also Connected to mall which has a dedicated floor for anime / nintendo Osaka and many more. Next door is yodobashi, a huge mega mall for gadgets.
In the room it is small but quite standard for Japan. The bathroom has decent bathtub and Japanese toilet with decent shower gel and shampoo..They provide nightgowns too.
