Super clean rooms, very comfortable and with smart options (everything was adjusted via iPad- the curtains, the AC, the lights). Also the rooms were super pretty. Also they offered many options in the breakfast; the staff was friendly.

I got upgraded when I arrived and got a top floor room. The room was very spacious, clean and well equiped. Breakfast had plenty of options, you should find something you like. You do have to walk a bit (10min) to the first metro station but it was fine for me.

The rooms are quite spacious (in Amsterdam it's not the rule), very clean, modern, well- equipped, with a nice urban view. The personal is very friendly, helpful and polite. There is a spacious parking place and they don't make any crazy charges. The metro station is in 6-8min walking distance. Next time will try the spa that looked excellent. Breakfast also worths the money.

Volkshotel is located in the East district of Amsterdam, only 50 metres from metro station Wibautstraat.
