The staffs are nice and friendly. I arrived the hotel at 9.30 am. I didn’t expect to get the room by that time. But there was room available so the staff allow us to check in early. It was more than expectation. Also the room is very clean and decorated. The hotel is located near Amstel station. Even it’s not in Central but the transportation is easy. 3 nights stay here is very pleasant.

I like the ambience, the property gives a hotel vibe at the reception but a homey feel all over. I stayed here twice: when I landed at the start of my journey and when I was about to fly out. Amsterdam Amstel Station is a few steps away, as well as the GVB bus station and #12 tram. I did not include breakfast in my booking but there are stores around where you can buy stuff and cook your own meal in the guest kitchen. A big fridge is onsite where you can store your food in paperbags. You can do your laundry using We Wash app for a fee (€4/load wash, €4/load dry). Water refilll station is available, you only need a water bottle/tumbler and refill it before you start your day out. Check in and check out were a breeze. Friendly staff, salute! Locker drawers are under the beds to store your valuables. You should have your own lock, though.

The hotel has very cosy atmosphere , the lobby is very beautiful with bar and the place for relaxing or having drink The room we have is upper floor and we had amazing view and big windows which are automatically closing when needed. the room has clever hoe and with this very convenient to turn on and off lights, to open and close window curtain or to play TV. As well the TV is very big size and can be connected to any channel and Netflix which is great! we had a bathtub half in the bathroom and in the room so it makes the atmosphere very romantic. We liked the hotel very much!
