The location was unbelievable. Very Central to lots of restaurants and sights. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and very clean. The host John was very kind and helpful. I would go as far to say, it is the best accommodation I have stayed in.

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

I booked this accommodation with my boyfriend to spend the night in Utrecht after a concert at Tivoli Vredenburg. The property is close to the train station so we didn't have to walk long to find it. We were greeted by a friendly host who showed us around the property. Though it is not a big accommodation, it is very complete with everything you might need. There were also drinks in the fridge. Because it was so close to the concert venue we had plenty of time to explore the area and have dinner in the inner city. We slept good, we had no issues with noises from nightlife etc (though I have to say we went on a Wednesday). It is a cosy room in a beautiful location, perfect for people who want to explore Utrecht! I would definitely book this again!

The room is beautifully styled and the color scheme is fully integrated even the cups match the style. The bed is very comfortable, there is a coffee machine and little kitchen. The house is in the middle of the centre but not noisy at night. All you need is present (think high quality shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and even a bathrobe). The contact was quick and very helpful and friendly. We would come back and will recommend the location further.
