Location is amazing, walking distance from everything yet tucked away from main road. Rooms are very cozy and clean. The staff is exceptional, so kind and eager to meet your every need. Kindest people I met are in Cusco. Thank you for a lovely stay and if I ever come back I do not think of staying enywhere else!

Super sociable environment. The host gave us a free welcome drink on the first night Lots of activities each day, from walking tours to club nights to dancing classes. They have a super efficient travel agency on site too who can sort out any connections you need to make during your trip

The attention from the staff was beyond words. The kindest and most attentive people. They recommended tours, restaurants, etc. We loved that the included breakfast was a menu and not a buffet! The food was amazing. Our room was always clean. The hotel was very centric. No complaints. If we ever came back to Cusco, Casa Cristobal is a given for our stay!
