United StatesThe residence is approximately 15 minutes from the center of the old town. The rooms were extremely clean, and there was room cleaning and tiding every day. The breakfast was very satisfying and there were plenty of foods to choose. The staff was very kind and friendly. We forgot our car keys in the hotel and they were very helpful with the whole situation! We highly recommend it!!

The staff are great and friendly and also helpful and most of all they know english 😁 The breakfast is great aswell. Their bar and restaurant are open 24/7 which is amazing, the only one in krakow actually and most of all the food is GREAT! The hotel is posh and Lux and full of tech. 100% will go there when visiting Krakow.
