Very clean and the staff were amazing. Very helpful in every aspect. The room was spacious and felt very cozy like my home. They offer free shuttle tuktuk service to the closest MRT station so you don't have to walk yourself. The nearby MRT takes you to the main attractions around the area. Also has a 7-Eleven right outside the doorstep which was handy! The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here at the start of our trip to Thailand and since we loved the Sotetsu Grand Fresa so much we changed our plans & returned to celebrate our anniversary. The location is excellent as it is in the Sukhumvit area close to the BTS and MRT but it's on a side street so there is no noise from the main road. This is one of its greatest assets and is non-negligable. The hotel has a minimalist Japanese aesthetic, the rooms are comfortable and decent in size. There are Japanese toilets in every room. The rooftop swimming pool is the perfect temperature. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were so sweet to decorate our bed and write a card for our anniversary. There's also luggage storage available.

I give it 11 out of 10! One of the accommodations that truly exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot, we’re a backpacking family, so we usually look for affordable, clean places to stay in a nice environment. This place offers a home many people can only dream of. Spacious, clean, fragrant, warm… a beautiful combination of wood, custom-made furniture, high ceilings and doors, lots of glass surfaces with views and greenery typical for this climate. The property is located in a quiet street where you hear more birds than anything else, yet within 3 minutes on foot you’re right in the middle of the busiest part of vibrant Bangkok, with everything you need at hand. A little snack prepared for breakfast or anytime during the day, “invisible” maintenance that feels like it’s always around but you never actually see it. Fantastic!
