The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and competent. The snack shop onsite was a welcome touch, and the rooms were well appointed, albeit small, with comfy beds.

Great location on the upper East Side. Nice bar and restaurant. The Bertelsmann’s Bar was iconic but very very expensive but worth it for the experience. It has a very quaint old fashioned feel to it.
