Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location. Good food at Julen as well!

Hotel Butterfly enjoys a quiet location in the centre of car-free Zermatt, only 250 metres from the Gornergratbahn train station and the ski bus stop. We had an excellent stay! Top location 3 min walk from the train station, surrounded by restaurants, shops, ticket offices. Our room was new, clean and spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are perfect, super polite and friendly. We had to leave very early, but they packed us a breakfast box to go, that was super cute! Special thanks to Regina, the receptionist, she’s a real professional!

The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. The room was very spacious and even had an extra bed with a small sun/moon roof window facing the Matterhorn Peak 3.
