This was the perfect place for my last stop before heading to Christchurch. A cozy little cottage with beautiful views and surroundings, on a remote sheep farm. It had everything I needed. The hosts were very welcoming. Really enjoyed the sunset in the evening and listening to all the birds for one last time.

Cooking our dinner in the outside kitchen was lovely and what a pleasant surprise to open our fridge to all of the extra treats. As for the spa OMG 😍Highly recommend the Fantail 💜

Bauchops Hill Station Farmstay mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Burkes Pass, 31km dari Mt. Dobson. This stay was truly memorable. The host was incredibly kind, and the farm tour was full of rich and fascinating details. The property is quiet, warm, and comfortable, with excellent bathroom, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen facilities — everything I needed was right there. It’s also very convenient for visiting the Tekapo area. Earlier that evening, the farm was covered in soft, lingering clouds — beautiful in its own way — so I considered skipping my night photography plan. But the host shared very helpful local insight: the Tekapo region often enjoys much clearer skies than this area. I decided to go anyway, and ended up capturing what might be my best photos from the entire trip. I’m truly grateful for that advice. I would gladly stay here again!

This accommodation was absolutely fabulous and above our expectations. Everything was so well thought out - the decor and furnishings are top notch and it is very spacious and comfortable. Our host, Indigo was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations. Breakfast items were provided and we didn’t miss having a kitchen or kitchenette as you still have dishes and a refrigerator. Plus there are lots of great places to eat in town. The view was the bonus to all this. You have a large deck with an amazing view all around. Highly recommend staying here!!

Lois and Brendon went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond when we were out one day and it rained.They had our washing on the bed when we got home, especially appreciated as we flew out the next day. We will definitely return.
