The staff is very kind, polite, patient. They are very attentive, always ask how are you, if everything is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning twice a day, in the evening they even make the bed for sleeping. The food is very tasty. Compliment to the kitchen. The spa is clean and cozy, the pool is also good
