Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

The stylish Crans Ambassador features a spa area with indoor pool and panoramic views, a terrace with fireplace and a restaurant, located in Crans-Montana. All people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It felt like they were your long time friends. The location is few minutes walk from the cable car - just perfect! Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Overall the hotel concept is great and original, beautiful design and architecture and nice and cosy room decoration including plenty of amenities, products to use during the stay and small attentions and cute artsy and craftsmanship details. Very clean and well-maintained. We had a great sleep there and our room (Alpinist) was very quiet and well-isolated from the noise of the party lounge downstairs during the apres-ski. One can ski-in/ski-out easily as the Sunnegga slopes are conveniently located in the vicinity, and the ski rental/storage system is very practical and works logistically very well. The Atman spa is nice too and features a diversity of spa offerings (massages, facials, hammam, sauna, ice bath, onsen, etc.) that is very much appreciated after a day skiing or hiking. There are 3 restaurants also featuring different types of cuisines with creative menus and dishes. The breakfast is delicious and features a mix of buffet cold cuts + a la carte warm dishes. The staff is very international, accommodating, flexible and helpful and it is super easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. Albeit a couple of details and room for improvement (see below) we overall had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back at Cervo:)
