FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. Very good hotel, friendly staff. We especially want to thank Sofia and the gentleman who was working on the East side of the hotel on the evening of our arrival, April 28, 2025, for their kindness throughout the seven days we spent at the hotel. Beautiful place in a historic building. The facilities are royal yet modern. I felt like a queen staying here. The turn down service was so cute as they offered chocolates as well. The drinks at the bar were the best drinks I had in Europe. Special shout out to the lady bartender!

Cannot beat the location. Ultra clean property. My junior suite was fantastic and again ultra clean. Very staff member was superb. Savoy restaurant served great food and staff was excellent again.
