My go to place in pondi, would not pick any other space in the city but this.

A cozy place in white town which should be a must stay for anyone coming to Pondicherry. It is within walking distance of everything in white town, beach is a 2 mins walk with terrace giving sea view. We stayed for four nights and everything about the property was amazing from the room, the verandah in front of the room to the outdoor seating in Mira restaurant.

The location is great, and the staff are super friendly! During checkout, we accidentally left some of our belongings at the lobby. However, the staff went above and beyond by couriering the items to us afterward. A huge thank you to the staff for their kindness and assistance.

Loved the attitude of the staff, very friendly, very helpful, especially Prabhu, Diki, Padmini and Gopal who went out of their way to make my husband and I comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the property and the staff out did themselves in making it extra special for my husband.

The Promenade is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. It offers an outdoor pool, 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi access is provided for free in the entire hotel. Fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right along the seaside, with vibrant and lively surroundings in the evening that truly bring Pondicherry to life. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from the reception to housekeeping, the bar, and the restaurant. The breakfast: excellent, a wide variety of delicious options. I also loved the pool area—it’s a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pondicherry!
