The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel. Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.

The check-in experience was smooth; rooms immaculate; breakfast buffet absolutely scrumptious with various cuisines from different regions of India and the F&B staff that made sure everyone was seamlessly catered to; the location was absolutely gorgeous and meditative with a massive area surrounded by lustrous green. The entire staff is the epitome of hospitality including the security personnel Kunal at the entrance. I and my wife had a wonderful time and wish to visit again.

Located in New Town, Kolkata and 8 km away from the airport, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat features the an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. We Westerners need to learn about hospitality from these guys. I honestly felt like a king, customer service is exquisite. Staff very friendly and professional - absolute creme de la creme! Rooms spacious and clean, restaurant has really great menu (butter chicken tikka masala with lachha paratha was a masterpiece for me), breakfast service is amazing. Everything fresh and tasty. Westin staff - you made my stay really special, thank you!

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a spa and wellness cente, The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata is located in Kolkata. Staff from the front door through to the wait staff and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly. Hotel is well maintained for it's size and age. Repair work was ongoing at the time but did not impact my stay.

The hotel facilities are beautiful and clean. The food and drinks were top notch. The staff and service is superb. Totally outstanding for the parents and kids.
