The bed was comfortable, and although the rooms are not soundproof, the hotel is surrounded by a large park, so it is relatively quiet. The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, and for being an older property, it is well maintained. A special mention to the staff: they made it a truly unique and enjoyable experience. When we had a problem with the water in the bathroom, they promptly sent a person to fix it. When we asked to change the shampoo and soap devices, they did it as soon as possible. We asked for extra complimentary bottled water and they provided that. We wanted to use the jacuzzi of the hotel, but because of maintenance, they offered us to use the jacuzzi in a suite. Due to a delay with the availability of the suite, they offered complimentary room service and let us stay as much as we wanted in that suite.

Casa Andina Premium Arequipa in the center of the White City, is a unique18th-century colonial mansion made of volcanic stone. Beautiful old building with lovely historical features. The staff were so helpful. Nice breakfast. Quiet rooms.
