Stupendo Hotel nel cuore di Zermatt, la struttura in stile alpino ma con un tocco di modernità, la camera è molto accogliente, lo staff poliglotta molto amichevole e simpatico. Dal primo momento ci si sente come a casa e non si vede l'ora di ritornare. La colazione offre una scelta di pietanze dolci e salate infinita per non parlare della frutta di stagione. Il nostro cane è stata accolto come un membro della famiglia, in camera abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto con ciotola, cuscino, le regole della casa ed un utilissimo cartello per indicare il cane in camera da solo, per esempio durante la colazione. Noi di solito portiamo il nostro. Tutto è stato impeccabile, si vede che la direzione e tutto lo staff lavorano con grande passione.

The staff was amazing. Friendly , helpful, warm and lovely. From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We can’t wait to come back ! Stay here when you come to saas fe!
