The staff were incredibly kind to us. They welcomed us with a cold drink because it was very hot. Then, they helped us dealing with a problem we had ensuring we felt safe. They offer tours and you can ask them anything you need. Location is perfect, in front of the ticket office. The bed was amazing super relaxing, all the room clean and the bathroom was clean and good too. When we checked out, they offer to keep our luggage until the night. We really appreciate the kindness and we will come back to the same hotel next time.

He and his staff friendliness made us feel at home 🙂 The location is perfect, offering views of the pyramids right from the hotel. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained.
