From the moment we arrived, the KAI team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They personalized so many details for us, including a beautiful floating breakfast to celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was absolutely stunning — and yet we still found ourselves admiring the gorgeous common pool area too. When we arrived after a long safari tour, I wasn’t feeling well, and the team immediately made me a fresh ginger tea. They even arranged a dinner takeout and brought it to our room so I could rest — it’s these thoughtful gestures that really stood out to us. The entire facility is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our villa and pool were cleaned daily, and it was such a joy to come back to a fresh, welcoming space every day. Mounir and the whole team were so warm and attentive — they truly made sure we were looked after from start to finish. The location is great too — close to the beach and nightlife, yet tucked away enough for some serenity. We’re so happy we chose KAI for the final part of our honeymoon and we’d absolutely come back again. The place is in a nature habitat and so you enjoy the sea going back and forth. Beautiful view. I've been in many places but the beach is withe water transparant blue similar to the maldives. I enjoyed everything and everyone working there. My biggest compliments to you all thank you.

It is clean and the breakfast is varied and delicious with the restaurant next to the ocean. We loved our stay here. The staff was super kind and helpful and there were groups sport classes for free that were very enjoyable aswell!

All you need to relax… the hosts and staff were very helpful and kind, providing great experience and service overall. The food was also very good, from breakfast to dinner.

Excellent service from the managers at check in, security, cleaners and the restaurant staff. I visited with my wife and child and they made us all feel very welcome and safe. Celina gave my 2 year old a hug every time she saw her and made her day. The boys at the bar Patrick and djuma was excellent. Very highly recommended this place if you’re looking for a chilled out vibe in Zanzibar.

I'd like to commend the manager, Olga, for her attentiveness and compassion, which is reflected in her delicious cuisine, varied breakfasts, and the tidy grounds. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to relax, this is it! Kudos to the entire staff.

Everything was exactly like in the photos; a cosy boutique hotel, friendly atmosphere, within a few mins walking distance to a sandy white beach coated with a coral blue ocean. The amenities and rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was very tasty and a good choice of beverages/food to buy throughout the day. The owners were brilliant and really attentive, went the extra mile to help us as our luggage got lost and sorted out some spare clothes - not a service you'd get in any other hotel I don't think. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!
